The Blanket
Our Blankets are construct of
rugged 600 Denier Cordura or 500 Denier Oxford Nylon with a 2 ounce poly urethane coating to provide
water and weather proofing to your sheet. We accent with our 1 1/2"
wide Black Poly Webbing. All of our Blankets are constructed
with an extra wide gusset to allow for the free movement of the horse and
eliminate the source of irritation that is caused from not having free
shoulder movement which can result in rubbing and hair loss. We
also manufacture our Blankets with an extra wide fully adjustable (on both
side of the sheet) insulated Belly Band. These belly bands can be made
with either adjustable quick click contoured side release buckles or with
velcro attachments. The fronts of our Blankets are also fully
adjustable with 2, 1-1/2" wide velcro adjustments (or if you like we can
install buckles or a closed front). Our Blankets are also made with a
double darted rear tail piece that is fully insulated and lined.
Adjustable and removable leg straps are also included on all of our sheets.
The Liner
All of our Blankets are fully lined
with a washable satin sewn-in diamond quilted insulated liner that you will
want to put on your horse. The satin liner is a slick, shiny surfaced
material that keeps your freshly groomed miniature as perfect as the minute
you finished grooming. The liner is a comfortable cloth that "breathes", but
still allows the coat to retain its natural oils that are so important for a
healthy show ring ready coat. Our liner is included in the price of
the sheet and is sewn directly to the sheet.
The Insulation
In addition to the 3 oz insulation quilted onto the liner we add an
additional 6 oz of poly fill insulation to the blanket. These are by
far some of the warmest blankets on the market today. We do not skimp
with just one layer of insulation we add the additional insulation so you
can be sure that your horse will stay warm even on those coldest of nights.
The Construction Guarantee
All of our
products are inspected prior to shipping, giving you added assurance
of receiving the best quality EVERY TIME! We offer a 90 day
guarantee that our products are free of any defects in workmanship or
materials. If you receive your product with a defect in workmanship or
materials just return the item and we will either replace or repair upon our
inspection. This Guarantee does not cover any damage to
the product resulting from being worn, i.e. snags, tears, or any obvious
problems resulting from horse play. Buyer is responsible for all shipping
fees involved, shipping fees are not refundable. Our customer satisfaction
is always a priority and we do what it takes to make our customers happy
